2.1 Form for Reporting Events and Activities
The above mentioned Forms template has been developed for reporting potentially newsworthy content (activities and events of interest) for the DAUIN Department.
- Purpose of the Tool
The Form has been introduced to standardise the submission of essential information to the Communication and Public Engagement Committee, facilitating the development of news items for the website and other active communication channels.
- Advantages over Email Submission
While the email address DAUIN.comunicazione@polito.it remains active, the Form streamlines and optimises the entire reporting, content creation, and publication process by providing structured fields that guide the user through the submission.
- A Support Tool for Communication and PE Representatives
The Form is specifically designed to support the work of Communication and Public Engagement Representatives of each research group, with two primary objectives: a. To encourage and simplify the collection of notifications within the research groups. b. To establish a systematic circulation of potential news items within the DAUIN community and, when appropriate, towards external audiences.
- Access to the Tool and Usage Guidelines
The submission of potential news items is not restricted to the Representatives. All colleagues at DAUIN are invited to use the Form or alternatively submit notifications directly via email to DAUIN.comunicazione@polito.it.
