N.B. The requests to activate a competition for collaborations under an independent contractor, which involve a payment amount over 3.000 euros per month, must be submitted to the Executive Committee from the Scientific Representative, so shat the quality of the requested service can be illustrated and verified. Later, the payment will be made only against the presentation of a declaration from the Scientific Representative, in which the ending of the service is reported, in line with the expected results. When the collaboration under an independent contractor takes place within a financed participation, the handling of a proof of the obtained results (report or other document describing the activity) is sufficient, along with the proofs of payments required by the specific rules of the financial reporting (Executive Committee of the 11/12/2014, comma 4.6).
