Loan for use to deliver goods to/from third parties

A loan for use contract is recommended in order to deliver/receive both tangible and intangible goods from/to third parties. The parties will use it for a specific purpose and for a limited period of time, with the commitment to return it, for the protection of both parties. The loan for use is by law basically free (as a gratuitous act) and is strictly based on the relationship of trust between the parties.

Procedure

The drafting of a load for use contract includes the following steps:

1. Fill in the comodato d'uso (loan for use) form
2. Send the prepared document to the DAUIN Research Office dauin.progetti@polito.it.

The DAUIN Research Office will review and process the documents for the DAUIN Head of Department approval.
