 For some specific documents (contracts, letters of intent, etc.), the Administrative Office uploads the file on the web portal, then indicates the signatories, who will receive a signature notification.
 For requests coming directly from Professors (e.g. requests for Executive Committee, purchasing requests, letter, etc.), the documents have to be digitally signed (NO SCAN), according to the following instructions:
